Shipping & Processing Policy – LAVISH GLAM HAIR

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Processing Time

  • All orders require up to 7 business days for processing before shipping.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed on  Saturday  & Sunday will begin processing on the next available business day (Monday).

Shipping Time 

Shipping Address & Verification

To ensure a smooth delivery:

• Billing and Shipping addresses must match. For security purposes, if the addresses do not match, your order may be subject to cancellation.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We highly recommend being available to receive your package or requesting a "Hold for Pickup" via the carrier's website.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. Please stay tuned as we expand our reach!

  • Shipping time is estimated to take 3-4 business days after processing is completed.

  • Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen issues) are beyond our control

  • Shipping: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 on all bundle orders.  

  • Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

  • Disputes & Chargebacks

    • By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding that processing and shipping times are clearly outlined on our website.

    • Chargebacks and disputes related to processing or shipping times will not be accepted, as this policy is agreed upon before completing your purchase.
