SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Lavish Glam Hair. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping and processing terms.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders require up to 5-10 business days for processing before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Processing
Processing begins once your payment has been cleared:
If your item is in stock at our U.S. warehouses, processing starts immediately.
If your item is not in stock, processing may take 3–5 business days while we prepare your order.
During this stage, we inspect, prepare, and package your hair bundles to ensure premium quality.
SHIPPING TIME
Standard delivery takes 5-14 business days within the US. International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days.
Once processing has been completed, orders are packaged & shipped within an estimated 3-5 business days.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING POLICY
Lavish Glam Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before submitting their order.
Signature Required:
All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Pick Up Orders
All pick up orders require verification and ID must match the name placed on the order for pick up.
How Long Do Pre-Orders & Special Orders Take?
At Lavish Glam Hair, we strive to deliver your luxury hair as quickly as possible.
All on-hand orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment Monday through Friday. Any orders that are not on-hand will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping generally takes 1 weeks, although many orders arrive sooner depending on vendor availability and carrier transit times.
We work closely with our trusted vendors to ensure timely delivery and will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that turnaround times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to twentyhours for tracking information to become active and update on the carrier’s website.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lavish Glam Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and being available to receive your package. Customers may also request a “Hold for Pickup” option directly through the carrier when available.

At this time, Lavish Glam Hair ships exclusively within the United States.

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all processing and shipping timeframes are clearly stated on our website.
Chargebacks or disputes filed solely due to stated processing times, shipping times, or carrier delays may be challenged with documentation showing acceptance of these terms at checkout. We reserve the right to block customers who file false chargebacks or disputes from placing future orders.
